New clients, plus clients who regularly cancel late (within 24 hours notice) will be subject to a non refundable 50% booking fee to secure an appointment.
As of 1st February 2025
ALL no show appointments will be subject to a 100% fee.
No further appointments will be made until this fee is paid in full.
Harvey Luke will no longer absorb the cost of staff wages and loss of trade for any missed appointments.
